TerraClear Foundation respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect on terraclearfoundation.org, how we use it, and the choices you have.
You never have to give us personal information to browse this site. If you contact us, sign up for updates, or donate, we may collect things like your name, email, address, or phone number (if you provide them) so that we can respond to you or process your gift.
We don’t sell or rent your information to anyone. We only share it with a few trusted partners who help us run our organization and our programs — for example, our donation processor and email service — and only so they can do that job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Like most websites, we use cookies — small files stored in your browser — to make the site work properly and to understand how visitors use it.
When you first visit, you’ll see a cookie banner where you can choose which types of cookies to allow:
You can change your cookie choices anytime by accessing this link: Cookie Settings or in the footer at the bottom of any page. Google Analytics has its own privacy policy, which you can read here.
We’re a U.S.-based nonprofit, and most of our visitors and donors are in the U.S. If you’re visiting from outside the U.S., please know your information may be stored and processed in the U.S. Wherever you’re located, you can ask us what information we have about you or ask us to delete it — just contact us below.
Our site may link to other websites. We aren’t responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so we’d encourage you to review their policies too.
We may update this policy from time to time. This version is effective as of July 2026. Please check back occasionally for changes.
Contact us anytime if you have questions about this policy or how we handle your information.
